4 Tips to Help You Stay Hydrated  

1. See and track it 

Fill a large bottle and put it on your desk or kitchen counter. Keep in mind how many times you need to refill it to meet your daily requirement. The simplicity of seeing water can remind you to drink more and help you keep track of how much you need to drink. There are also apps that can send you reminders to help you track your water level intake.   

2. Wake up to it 

“A dry mouth” is a natural reminder that you need to drink more. Keep a water bottle next to your bed and drink it first thing in the morning.  

3. Drink it 

Start your meals with a glass of water 30min before your meal, as it can help you to reach your daily water intake.

4. Flavour it 

Fancy up your water. Add a slice of fresh lemon or lime or orange, some cucumber, a few berries, aloe, some fresh mint or a slice of fresh ginger to your water. It makes it feel special and adds a hint of refreshing flavour.
